Bucket Conveyor

Bucket conveyor, also named as bucket elevator is designd to lift up raw material.

It is made up of several parts: 

1. PU / SUS Bucket to contain the material;
2. Belt to carry the buckets and transmit the pull force;
3. Driver to drive the belt;
4. Accessories for loading the buckets or picking up the material, for receiving the discharged material, for maintaining the belt tension and for enclosing and protecting the elevator.

A bucket elevator can elevate a variety of raw materials from from fine to large particles.

The Z elevator is normally paired with packing machine, so that the operator will not need to climb up up the platform to pour in the material at height.

The Bucket Elevator will ease the operators job and enhance packing speed.
